Community Advocacy
The lawyers at Kutty, Syed & Mohamed have been at the forefront of public interest advocacy.
The firm has advocated for and represented clients in the areas of human rights, discrimination as well as serving as pro bono legal counsel to a number of non-profit organizations.
Our lawyers have also been instrumental in meeting with law enforcement and government officials on issues of public interest.
In the wake of 9/11 our lawyers have assisted in the preparation of submissions to both House and Senate Committees on Bill C36 (Anti Terrorism Act) and Bill C17 (Public Safety Act) as well as various other legislative initiatives at both the federal and provincial levels.
We are committed to giving back to the community and we have demonstrated this through the actions of the firm and our lawyers.
