Directions by Public Transit:
Because the law offices of Kutty, Syed & Mohamed are located a short distance from the Scarborough City Centre, you can easily arrive at our offices by using public transit.
From the Scarborough Town Centre TTC Bus platform, you may take either the Bellamy 9 South Bus or the Progress 134 East Bus.
The third bus stop from the Town Centre on both routes 9 and 134 stop directly across the street from 80 Corporate Drive. Exit your bus, safely cross Corporate Drive, which at times becomes very busy.

Directions by Car:
If you are driving along Highway 401 Eastbound, you exit at the McCowan off-ramp.
At McCowan, drive straight through the intersection. The road you are now on is called Consilium Place. Stay in the leftbound turn lane.
Consilium Place is a short street which curves from east then to a south direction.
The first intersection at the end of the curve is Consilium Place and Corporate Drive.
Turn left onto Corporate Drive. You will see 80 Corporate Drive on your left with free parking for visitors to our offices.

Note for Drivers:
Often drivers decide to turn right onto McCowan instead of driving straight through onto Consilium Place.
If you accidently do this, simply take the first exit south on McCowan, towards the Scarborough Town Centre (it is the exit besides the Jack Astor’s Restaurant) and you should be on Borough Drive.
At the first intersection, turn right and then at the second intersection, turn right again. You are now on Corporate Drive. You will now be driving through the underpass with McCowan overhead.
After the second intersection, on your left will be 80 Corporate Drive. You will see the building with the four storey clock tower.
